Import and curation
The calendar combines approved public submissions, admin-created listings and imported organiser feeds.
Step 1
Known organiser, council and ticketing feeds are checked weekly, with optional extra feed URLs for new venues.
Step 2
Imported and submitted events are reviewed in admin so the public calendar only shows approved listings.
Step 3
The hub, detail pages and RSS feed expose upcoming approved events for search, subscribers and local partners.
The weekly importer includes council, tourism, organiser and ticketing sources by default. Extra ICS, RSS, JSON, WordPress REST, Spektrix or schema.org Event URLs can be added through the feed configuration.
Send the details for free. Public submissions are auto-published as unclaimed community listings, then checked so the calendar stays useful and locally relevant.
