Submission guidelines

Events should take place in Shropshire or be clearly useful to Shropshire residents.
Include the event date, venue, town, contact details and a public website or ticket link where possible.
Use a clear description written for the public, not internal notes or copied press release boilerplate.
Only submit events you are authorised to share, and make sure ticket prices, access details and timings are accurate.
Public submissions are auto-published as unclaimed community listings and may be edited or removed after checks.

Publication note

Public event submissions are auto-approved so the calendar stays fresh. Listings remain unclaimed unless an organiser contacts us, and we may edit formatting or remove duplicate, unsuitable or inaccurate submissions.
